Noticing a very tattered flag flying outside of a business one day as I drove down the road on my lunch break from the job I was working, I stopped in to voice my concern over the condition of that flag to the owner of that business. We had very polite and respectful conversation. On that day, just out of high school, I decided to start my own business of providing a service that ensured the quality appearance of our Flag. Making contact with local companies by either stopping in or by mailing letters is how I began promoting what I called my ÔFlag Maintenance ProgramÕ. ThatÕs how Rocket got started. We now not only provide our exclusive flag service, but we inventory, manufacture, sell and install thousands of flags of all types and flagpoles of all sizes year round.
It certainly was not an easy road in the beginning. Starting a business in 1982 from nothing and with nothing required a lot a hard work and a determined resourcefulness, of which I am proud to say I accomplished. Cold calling on companies was both very encouraging and very discouraging. Thankfully, I had/have met many more encouraging positive patriotic people through my travels than the alternative. The business grew steadily, adding the sales, delivery and installation of flagpoles in 1986 was a major factor in the growth of this company. However, other than the customers, nothing was better for the business and its growth than the employees brought into this company over the years. One phone call to Rocket and you will hear what I am talking about and one experience with any of our service crew members and you will see what I am talking about. Most companies make claims about their commitment to customer service, I can boast about it because I've got the personnel to back it up.

Always In Stock Finishes
Brushed Satin is the standard finish on most flagpoles primarily for economical reasons. Will not rust or corrode. Special Order Anodized and Powder Coat finishes and colors are available upon request.
Note about Anodized and Powder Coat Finishes: The flagpole is covered in an electronically charged coating which enhances the appearance and preserves the finish of the flagpole. This coating can be used to match the trim of a building or theme of the property where the flagpole is being installed.
