I had Rocket install a 40' flagpole at my home. I thought they did a great job, yet I was concerned that I may have had it installed too close to some overhead electrical wiring. I called Chuck, the owner of Rocket, and he came out to personally look over the site. He determined that in the interest of safety, it should be re-installed at a safer distance. But what really impressed me was the fact that he had his crew come back out to remove and reinstall the flagpole at no charge. How often do you experience that kind of commitment to customer service these days? I must say, I am extremely proud of my flag display and I am glad I chose Rocket!
